Sovereign Terms of Service & Privacy Shield (2026)

This Sovereign Terms of Service & Privacy Shield (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and STL Professional Services International, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the stlpsi.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Sovereign Infrastructure”).

By accessing the Sovereign Infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

 

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES & SOVEREIGN INFRASTRUCTURE

STL Professional Services International, LLC provides high-level business consulting and financial services, including but not limited to:

• Profitability Consulting and Cost Reduction Services.

• Business Working Capital and Project Funding ($5M to $5B+).

• Asset Protection and Entity Structuring.

• The "Sovereign War Room" and "12 Stones of Synergy" Strategic Frameworks.

120+ Global Specialist Network. Our delivery model is supported by a coordinated network of 120+ specialists (the “Global Specialist Network”) spanning underwriting, capital placement, cost-reduction analytics, operational project management, and sector-specific advisory. This network functions as a disciplined, human-powered service infrastructure—assembled and directed to protect enterprise continuity, accelerate execution, and maintain professional confidentiality across each engagement.

The Sovereign Infrastructure is designed as a massive human-powered system utilizing over 120+ specialists. We act as a catalyst to manifest corporate objectives through rigorous project management and proprietary financial "Found Money" programs.

 

II. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS & "KEY MAN" REQUIREMENT

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

1. Business Capacity: You are a business owner or authorized executive with the legal authority to bind your entity.

2. Key Man Assignment: For the implementation of any "Sovereign Blueprint," you agree to assign an in-house "Key Man" employee to collaborate with our teams. Failure to provide a dedicated point of contact may result in project delays for which the Company is not liable.

3. Information Accuracy: All data provided for the "Customer Information Sheet" (CIS) or "Sovereign Contact Form" is accurate and complete.

 

III. FINANCIAL ENGAGEMENT & 300% ROI GUARANTEE

1. Retainer Fees: Engagement typically requires an upfront retainer as specified in your individual Engagement Letter.

2. The Sovereign Guarantee: If, within one (1) year of active engagement, we do not reveal deliverables of wisdom, strategy, or methods equal to at least a 3x (300%) ROI on your upfront retainer, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the retainer, less hourly rates already worked at the contract rate.

3. Payment Processing: We utilize secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Klarna) for all financial transactions.

 

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Sovereign Infrastructure, including the "Obsidian Placard" design, the "12 Stones" interactive UI, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, and website designs (collectively, the "Content") are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to access the content for business evaluation purposes only. Unauthorized "scraping," reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary financial strategies is strictly prohibited.

 

V. PRIVACY SHIELD & DATA INTEGRITY

This section serves as our Privacy Policy and governs how we handle your sensitive business data.

1. Data Collection: We collect personal and corporate information via our integrated CRM forms, AI Receptionist (Rachel), and digital intake portals. This includes names, EINs, financial statements, and contact details.

2. Purpose of Processing: Data is used exclusively to qualify you for working capital, project funding, and cost-reduction audits.

3. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted financial partners, lenders, and specialized auditors necessary to fulfill the services requested in your Blueprint, provided they agree to maintain strict confidentiality.

4. AI Interaction: Communications with "Rachel" (AI Receptionist) may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of your financial file.

 

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

STL Professional Services International, LLC is a consulting firm. We are not a law firm or a CPA firm. While we provide strategic guidance on entity structuring and tax-advantaged strategies, you are advised to consult with your own legal and tax professionals before final implementation. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our strategies.

 

VII. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms and your use of the Sovereign Infrastructure are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dublin, Ohio.
