The Synergy Score Registry: 20-Stone Social & Deep Discovery Master List

Executive Summary: The Architect’s Blueprint

  • The Rainmaker Trap: Most business owners are stuck in a cycle where if they stop, the revenue stops. The Synergy Score transitions you from Rainmaker to Architect.

  • 20-Stone Canon: A fixed, mandatory registry of 20 strategic assets (stones) that, when activated, create a "Lumen Synergy" greater than the sum of their parts.

  • Leakage Warning: Most "Foundation" stones (01-05) are currently leaking capital, while "Sovereignty" stones (16-20) are often entirely neglected, leaving the owner vulnerable.

  • The Payoff: Shifting from "Depth-Deficient Data" (flat spreadsheets) to "Topographic Clarity" (3D cash flow reality) unlocks performance-based outcomes that standard CPAs simply miss.

Definitions for the Modern Architect

Synergy Score A 2000-point diagnostic framework used by STL Professional Services International, LLC to measure a business’s structural integrity. It evaluates 20 core "stones" across a 5x4 grid to determine exit-readiness and profitability.

Bachrach Values Ladder A deep discovery questioning sequence that moves a prospect from surface-level business facts to their core emotional drivers (e.g., security, freedom, legacy) by repeatedly asking "What is important about that to you?"

Foundation Leakage The invisible loss of capital occurring in the first five stones of a business (Found Money to Credit Architecture). This is typically "Found Money" that should be recovered to fund growth.

Sovereignty Leakage The loss of control and legacy protection occurring in stones 16-20. This happens when an owner has no "Switzerland Structure," making the business unsellable or dependent on a single "Rainmaker."

The Rainmaker to Architect Shift

Most owners are in the Rainmaker cycle: you stop, the rain stops. The Architect builds 20 stones, each a strategic asset that compounds.

To build the "Corporate Fortress," we use the Synergy Architecture Command Center. Imagine a 3D holographic interface where your business is represented by 20 ultra-realistic round soapstones. When you "tap-tap-tap" a stone, it shatters to reveal a glowing 50–500 carat gem: a service that has been activated and is now generating value.

The 2000-Point Scoring Logic

Your Synergy Score determines your "Grade" as an Architect. Each stone in the V1.9 Protocol Registry is worth 100 points of structural value.

  • Grade A (1800–2000): The Architect. Your business is a "Switzerland Structure" (no client >15% revenue). You are exit-ready and "promoted to heaven" ready.

  • Grade B (1600–1799): The Builder. Strong systems are in place, but some "Sovereignty" stones are still in the rough-cut phase.

  • Grade C (1400–1599): Operational Stability. You have stopped the bleeding in the "Foundation" stones but haven't yet unlocked the "Lumen Synergy" effect.

  • Grade D (1200–1399): The Rainmaker Trap. You are making money, but you are the primary engine. If you stop, the stones stop glowing.

  • Grade F (Below 1200): Foundation Failure. High leakage. Your CPA is likely missing Advanced Expert Tax Recovery Strategies, and your personal credit is carrying the business (the 30% bike analogy).

From Flat Data to Topographic Clarity: The VP8 Analyzer

Traditional reporting is "2D": it’s flat paper, P&Ls, and "Depth-Deficient Data." It tells you where you were, not where the gold is hidden.

The VP8 Analyzer mode in the Command Center reveals Topographic Depth Mapping. It turns your cash flow into a 3D landscape where profit peaks and leakage valleys are visible. This is how the Architect identifies the "Integrated Stability" needed to scale from personal credit repair to managing millions in DSCR loans within 24 months.

The Kingdom Choice

In the Command Center, you will see two distinct glow palettes. The Electric Blue glow represents the secular path of deep value. The Heavenly Golden-Yellow glow represents the Kingdom Path.

As you transition through the LILLYPAD©, you move from a professional identity into the Ministry of Reconciliation. We use the primary brand icon: the simple bullseye target: to reflect this. The blue outer rings represent the Father and Son, while the permanent Gold center represents the Holy Spirit.
